(London Free Press): RAMSAY, Hugh Blair - Peacefully joined his loving wife Gladys, with his family by his side at Dearness Home on Thursday, June 14, 2012 in his 99th year. Hugh will be greatly missed by his children Elizabeth “Betty“ (Gord) Andersen, Margaret Cook, Dorothy (John) Worrall, Jim (Connie) Ramsay, Edward (Dee) Ramsay, son in law Andy Gauthier, and daughter in law Karen Ramsay. Survived by sister Jean (Alex) Kasimir, Predeceased by his wife of 71 years, Gladys, daughter Joan, and son Tom. A private family service will be held at the EVANS FUNERAL HOME, 648 Hamilton Road (1 block east of Egerton), on Saturday, June 16, 2012 with The Rev. Paul Knauer officiating. Cremation to follow. Interment of ashes will take place at Mount Pleasant Cemetery at a later date. Donations to Dearness Auxiliary would be appreciated by the family.
